I requested a quote for a tankless water heater and Alex arrived early and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. I ended up getting a regular water heater installed and he was able to install it right then and there and was in and out quickly! Alex was great! Knowledgeable and professional! He came out within two hours of calling on a Saturday morning. He completed the job within an hour, and we are back up and running. A little pricey, but hey, what do you expect for Saturday service. Overall, impressed!
Michael was exactly on time and had texted me prior to coming. He wore a mask and foot coverings. He went over the company info and procedures first, very professionally always being aware of social distancing. Another technician, Landy, joined him to replace a water heater, fix a sink and shower and rebuild a toilet. They were polite, efficient and were able to fix things with less cost than the estimate. Though there for plumbing, they checked the filters in my AC unit which were horrible. They showed me what to buy and how to change it at no cost to me. Everything seems to be working well. I would definitely use them again.

Alex I highly recommend I Need the Plumber. My old water heater died and flooded my garage. I called them after reading all the great reviews. It was 7:30 and by 9:00 Mike was I am here. Where are you?. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and put up with all my questions. He worked until 1:30 to give me a brand new Raheem 50 gallon system with special adaptation due to well wTer. I was so pleased I even took one of ther generous extended warrantee packages. He left everything neat and clean and wore a mask for Covid Nd booties to protect the indoor floors. I give them an A+.
